Good to read a book with a pg rating.
Dick Francis, as all his fans know, is the greatest mystery writer on Earth.
My all time favorite Dick Francis. I have read them all.

Dick Francis is one of my favorite authors!! Writes well, lots of excitement, love the characters and plot. He is pretty clean too.....no swearing and irritating slang.

I was an avid reader when I was younger, devouring books at a quick pace. I'd start one as soon as I finished another.

In past 10 years or so I forgot the pleasure a well written, fast paced book can bring. Recently, I made an effort to get back into reading and decided to go back to those authors who gave me so much enjoyment. And so I've pretty much read the entire Dick Francis collection in just under a month and have re-discovered the simple joy of reading a good book.

Whip Hand has always been one of my favourite Francis books. Sid Halley is one of his best characters. The story line for Whip Hand is, as usual, interesting on many levels.

If you like who dunnits, good writing and easy reading then you'll definitely like this book.
I am a great fan of the Francis books and have much pleasure in re-reading them from time to time. They hold your interest from 1st to last page .Not always sure how "he" does come up triumphant? but he does, but so much physical hurts too.
