The writing in this book needs some work. I think the stories could have been decent as they had good plots but the writing took away from it. I couldn't get past the name calling. Every time someone was speaking to another person, they said their name for no reason. People in real life don't talk like that. I didn't need to be reminded of who they were talking to. For example (and this is completely random and not from the book), "I'm glad to see you Karl." "I'm glad to see you Rick." "Rick we should go out." "Yes Karl we should." This type of writing drives me crazy and it was consistent within the book as well as grammatical errors. I found myself skimming the stories just to get an idea of what was going to happen.Product details

Write or Die eBook Steven Morgan Reviews
This one is full of shorts but they aren't well written. Cant tell much else because I quit reading it.
I borrowed this book from the lending library and was deeply disappointed. The spelling and grammar in this book wouldn't pass middle school English. The stories have a decent concept, but it is lost in the sloppy storytelling that often loses focus as it jumps from natural voice to semi-formal narration while the line between character thoughts and dialog goes from blurry to nonexistent. A decent editor might have been able to repair this with a thorough edit. To all would-be readers, beware. This is one title worth skipping.
I loved all the stories in this book. Steven Morgan is one too watch. I am a fan....great job looking forward to reading more of your work.
I am not a fan of short stories. Since, I am a fan of Steven Morgan's books, all of the kindle editions. I decided to give it a try. And I am so elated that I did. The stories were great!! Some had suspense and jaw dropping endings. It was a GREAT read, as all of his books are. Loved it!!!! Keep up the good work.
